Graduated from the Faculty of law of the U.N.A.M. in 1961. Applicant Attorney at the Law Firm that bears his name.
He has held public offices of:
- Criminal Judge.
- Official Mayor of H. Congress of the State of Aguascalientes.
- Director of the Centre of Rehabilitation and Social Welfare of the State.
- State Delegate of the National Register of Electors.
- Notary Public substitute number eleven of the State.
- State Delegate of the National Register of Electors.
- Counsel for Citizen Protection.
