- Support in the granting of powers and mandates necessary for the fulfillment of the Client’s objectives within the Society through its Management Body or Sole Administrator, as the case may be; as well as the revocation of the same, informing our client the scope, benefits or risks that this implies.
CIVIL LAW
- Advice on the preparation of Contracts of a Civil nature (Purchase-Sale, Leasing, Commodate, Provision of Services, Etc.) in order to meet the needs of the Client, as well as the various suppliers thereof, and its subsidiaries.
- Review of the Contracts or Agreements provided to the Client in Civil Matters, and for this we will be informed of the scope, benefits or risks that may involve your signature without its corresponding review.
LABOR LAW
- Legal assistance before subpoenas by the Labor Authorities against the Client.
- Advice regarding the drafting of administrative acts and, where appropriate, the labor terminations of the personnel working with the Client; as well as the drafting of the various individual work contracts of the staff that works with it.
- Representation before the Labor Authorities in those trials or controversies that are promoted against our Client.
- Constant and permanent communication with the Trade Union Representative of the workers through the Human Resources area of the Client to achieve an excellent work environment.
MIGRATION LAW
- Advice on the recruitment, stay and departure of the country of foreign personnel working for the client to effect that is legally in the country, both the owner and their economic dependents.
- Support for obtaining the Employer’s Certificate before the National Institute of Migration.
- Procedures for Notification of changes in place of work, address, marital status, etc., Exchanges, Authorization of Visa and Update of Employer Evidence, as well as Renewals of migratory documents of expatriate personnel working in the company.
CRIMINAL LAW
- Support in the filing of complaints with the Public Ministry when criminal acts are committed against the Client, his Heritage and his collaborators, assisting them when necessary before the corresponding authorities, either as Attorneys or Representatives in their case.
- Help the Public Prosecutor in the integration of the corresponding Investigation Folder in the complaints filed by the Client.
